Georgina Maribel Sierra Rodriguez is a national and international consultant. She has participated in several technical work groups on different political, social and economic issues in Honduras and internationally. Additionally, she has trained and participated in many events as an expert on behalf of the GI-TOC. Georgina is currently a coordinator of the emerging crimes, trafficking and human trafficking, and the UNTOC and its protocols thematic groups within the UNTOC Regional Network.
Georgina is a lawyer in International Law, with a focus on international conflicts and treaties. She is a Human Rights Defender accredited by the General Directorate of the Protection System from the National Autonomous University of Honduras and Citizen Security Specialist accredited by the National Democratic Institute (NDI). As Collegiate Arbitrator of the Bar Association of Honduras, she works for Conciliation and Arbitration Centers nationally and internationally. She is also a Leader in Citizens Security for Justice accredited by the Inter-American Bank for Economic Integration.
