Mr. Tassé is an independent special advisor who provides integrated strategic advice and support to senior executives facing complex challenges spanning legal, reputational, financial, regulatory, geopolitical and governance dimensions. He helps his clients understand and successfully navigate the intersection of public, private, and social sectors in international markets.

Globally recognized as an expert on corporate misconduct, crisis response, and ethical leadership, he advises his clients on “high profile and sensitive cases” related to alleged corruption, fraud, money laundering, financial misconduct, conflict of interest, and breach of fiduciary duty. He also oversees preventative measures and creates sustainable action plans.

As a member of the International Association of Independent Corporate Monitors and the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators, he is often retained to conduct internal investigations, under the direction of the Audit Committee and also under the direction of the Ethics and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.

An award-winning lecturer at the Executive MBA program and at the Law School, he has delivered various presentations on corporate ethics and financial crimes, at some of the world’s premier universities such as Harvard University. His corporate governance vision has made him a sought-after presenter, speaker and media commentator, domestically and internationally.
