Juan Carlos Garzón is the director of the the Conflict Dynamics and Peace Negotiations Area at Ideas for Peace Foundation and one of the Global Fellow of the Woodrow Wilson Center (Washington D.C.). Political scientist from the Universidad Javeriana (Colombia), and specialist in Theory and Armed Conflict Resolution at the University of Los Andes (Colombia). He received his master’s degree in Latin American Studies at Georgetown University (USA).
