Patricia joined the GI-TOC in September 2023 and is an associate within the Academic Engagement Team. She holds a BA degree in criminology with psychology from Middlesex University London and an MA in conflict, security and development from King’s College London. Before joining GI-TOC, Patricia supported the preparation and implementation of specific actions at the EU Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments. Patricia is Portuguese and is fluent in Portuguese and English.
