Meta Samrach joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in July 2025 as an Associate for the Asia Pacific Observatory. She holds a degree in International Relations from Pannasastra University of Cambodia. Meta brings years of experience in program management, youth engagement, and anti-corruption work.

Before joining GI-TOC, Meta worked at Transparency International Cambodia, where she progressed from intern to Programme Officer. er work focused on civic education, women and youth empowerment, youth-led advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, and grant management. Meta is passionate about governance, social justice, global politic, internationaland development and community empowerment. She is fluent in English and Khmer and has a strong background in research, MEL and grant and training facilitation.
