With a track record of successfully planning, implementing, and evaluating development projects, Edgardo has a keen ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and foster strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders, both at the national and international levels. Edgardo’s career is characterized by a relentless commitment to advancing human rights, promoting transparency, and fostering cooperation among nations. From his pivotal roles in negotiating cooperation agreements with member states and international organizations to leading initiatives aimed at combating corruption and promoting democratic governance, his work has consistently advocated for inclusive and accountable governance structures. His extensive experience in legal affairs, public office, coupled with a Master’s degree in International Relations, from the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI), equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricate dynamics shaping global diplomacy, development and rule of law.
