Gerson Nozea is Rapha International’s Country Director in Haiti. There, Gerson leads a team of trauma-informed care practitioners, administrators and support professionals who together serve trafficking survivors and build community resilience against organized crime with a focus on gender-based violence. Gerson has spearheaded Rapha’s participation in the Stakeholder Engagement for the Implementation of United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (SE4U), and is a passionate advocate for enhanced integration of civil society voices in policy making, with particular focus on the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC).
