Vitalina is an Associate at the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime. She holds a master’s degree in International Law from European Humanities University, Vilnius. In the past, she has been acting as a volunteer in a local Belarusian NGO helping refugees as well as interned at the Jerusalem Institute of Justice. Currently, Ms. Kovalenko coaches law students for participation in moot court competitions and runs International humanitarian law club.
