Sarah Parker
Sarah Parker is the policy support officer for the Arms Trade Treaty Secretariat. She has been engaged in arms research since 2005 and has published on the legal and policy aspects of arms control. Sarah served on the Australian delegation during the ATT negotiations and has prepared reports on the negotiations and implementation of the treaty. She drafted a model law for Pacific states on the ATT, has recently finished co-authoring a practical guide to ATT implementation and co-authored the legal commentary on the treaty.
