Kerrin Odendaal

Senior Grants Manager, Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime

Kerrin is a Senior Grants Manager at the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime, responsible for the administrative management and oversight of the organisation’s projects/ programmes.
Prior to joining GI-TOC, she worked as a Programme Manager for Risk and Planning, playing a vital role in coordinating national and provincial planning, overseeing national-level sub-awards and contracts, and supporting the project team to identify, manage and mitigate programmatic and partnership risks. Kerrin has more than 13 years of experience working with large-scale US and UK- funded initiatives in South Africa, including leading collaborations with key stakeholders and clients both internationally and at the national, provincial and district levels within South Africa’s public sector.
 
Kerrin is skilled at project and grant management, budgeting and forecasting, report writing, planning and administration.
She holds a Masters Degree in Economics which focused on identifying the impact of HIV/AIDS on adolescent decision-making and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Health Economics.
