Katherine Petrich

Katharine Petrich is a visiting scholar at the Naval Postgraduate School and a Security Fellow with the Truman National Security Project. As a PhD candidate in political science at Northeastern University, she works on issues of transnational crime and terrorism, specializing in the Horn of Africa.
