Jackson currently serves as the Director of Vanuatu Internet Governance Forum since January 2019. His work is to educate students in primary school through to university about staying safe online. He also speaks to parents, teachers, community leaders and faith based leaders about online safety which in his view is becoming increasingly concerning as more and more people in Vanuatu connect to the internet. He has been in the ICT and telecommunications sector for over fifthteen years and admits that the past three years have been the most exciting to be working in ICT policy arena as more and more technologies are emerging.
