Diego Tipan, Expert on Financial Crimes, Anticorruption and organized crime. He graduate of the Graduate School of the University of Melbourne, Australia, with a Master’s in Criminology. He has completed postgraduate studies in negotiation at Harvard University, compliance at American University, and criminal litigation at Temple University, Philadelphia. He is the author of the Study on Sentences for Corruption and Money Laundering Crimes in Panama. He has served as Undersecretary for Drug Consumption Prevention and Undersecretary for Citizen Security in Ecuador. Additionally, he has been an anti-corruption advisor for ATSG at the United States Embassy in Panama and currently works as a Judicial Project Specialist. He also works as a lecturer at Espiritu Santo University, teaching Money Laundering, Economic Crimes, and International Criminal Law.
