Stuart S. Yeh is Professor of Evaluation Studies in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota. He was a Spencer Postdoctoral Fellow, served as an invited OECD expert, and is a member of the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) network of experts. Prof. Yeh is the author of The End of Corruption and Impunity (Lexington, 2022) and author of the Anticorruption Protocol to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (APUNCAC), a model international convention seeking establishment of a body of UN inspectors, dedicated anticorruption courts, and aggressive regulations to fight money laundering and economic crime.
