Moucclin Mambone is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations with a focus on Geopolitics at the Catholic University of Lille (FLSH), after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, and Management, with a major and specialization in Political Science, at the University of Lille. Passionate about African affairs, her research focuses on terrorism in the Sahel and geopolitical dynamics in West Africa. Her recent work (thesis) explores the shifting alliances of Burkina Faso, particularly its evolving relationship with Ivory Coast and growing ties with Russia and how these developments are reshaping regional geopolitical balances.
