Ivan Marques is the managing director of the International Action Network on Small Arms – IANSA. Ivan has worked in many positions in the Brazilian Federal government, including the Human Rights Ministry. More recently, he was the executive director of the disarmament think tank Sou da Paz Institute and a consultant to the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs.
