Over 28 years experience in strategic planning and performance management – in both the public and private sectors – IBM, Health and Welfare Canada, Citizen and Immigration, Human Resource Development Canada, Customs and Excise, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting – focusing on:

• modern management frameworks – strategy-focused management, performance measurement and management, and organizational change “readiness”
• Balanced Scorecard strategic management tools and methodologies for public sector organizations
