Flore is a Senior Analyst for the GI-TOC North Africa and Sahel Observatory. Over the past 4 years she specialized in conflict dynamics in the Sahel, focusing on non-state armed groups governance.
Prior to joining the GI-TOC, Flore was an independent consultant, working for a variety of stakeholders in Europe and in Mali. She also worked for the IISS in London as a Sahel analyst and at Crisis Group on the great lakes region.
She completed a bachelor in International Relations at the University of Geneva and a LL.M at Leiden University in Public International Law, with a specialization in international humanitarian law (IHL).
