National Secretary at Argentinian Chamber of Professionals in Integrated Security (CAPSI)

Edgardo C. Glavinich is the National Secretary of the Argentine Chamber of Professionals in Integrated Security (CAPSI), where his mission is to integrate the public and private sectors and academic organizations linked to the Security and Defense sectors in a collaborative ecosystem with the objective to generate initiatives, develop academic research and lay the foundations for a continuous process of analysis and adaptation of systems in a constantly changing global scenario.

Currently, in parallel to his functions at CAPSI, Mr. Glavinich coordinates the Diploma in Strategic Intelligence and New Threats at the Inter-American Open University; he coordinates the Diploma in Integrated Security at the Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano; He coordinates the Specialization in Citizen Security at the National University of La Plata (Santa Fe campus) and is a visiting professor at other universities.

Edgardo C. Glavinich has a degree in Political Science from the National University of Rosario with a specialization in strategic analysis, security and defense. He has completed a specialization in administration and public planning, a master’s degree in National Strategic Intelligence (UNLP), a diploma in Political Training and Local Management (ACEP-KAS), as well as a postgraduate course in organized crime (UCM).

Graduated from the Governance, Political Management and Public Management Program (Univ. San Andrés – CAF) – Graduated from the Executive Program in Security Policy and Management (UCA – KAS). Permanent member of the Argentine Society for Strategic and Global Studies (SAEEG). Dir. Dipl. In Strategic Intelligence and New Threats (UAI). Coord. Esp. In Citizen Security (UNLP). Postgraduate teacher. CISEG delegate, Argentina headquarters. COLADCA International representative.
