Detective Inspector Conor King is a twenty year veteran of the Victoria Police Department in British Columbia, Canada. He is the officer-in-charge of the Investigative Services Division, where he leads multiple teams including: the Major Crimes Unit, Forensic Identification, Analysis and Criminal Intelligence and Strike Force – covert operations team.
Conor specializes in drug and organized crime investigations involving TOC engaged in the importation of fentanyl from the People’s Republic of China and cocaine and methamphetamine from South America and Mexico. Conor has been qualified in British Columbia Courts as an expert in methamphetamine manufacturing, and the trafficking of fentanyl, cocaine, heroin and five other illicit substances.
Conor serves on numerous advisory groups for various levels of government on the topic of drug use, addiction, trafficking, and decriminalization. He lectures throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.
