Celia Medrano is a Salvadorean journalist specializing in human rights. Previously, she served as Consul General for El Salvador in Washington DC, as liaison with the Plataforma Latinoamericana de Prevención de Conflictos and as Board member for the Central American Integration System. She holds a postgraduate degree in human rights and peace from the University of Geneva.
