Kevin Lehne

Associate, Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime

Kevin Lehne joined the Global Initiative initially for a Capstone Research Project with the Resilience Fund via the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, where he is currently pursuing a M.A. in International Affairs. He holds a B.A. degree in Integrated Social Sciences from Technische Universität Braunschweig (Germany).
 
As an Associate, Kevin supports the GI Resilience Fund and researches on Urban Peace. Both from academic and professional experience, his fields of specialisation are Sustainable Development, Peace and Conflict, as well as Security, Statehood and Resilience. Prior to starting his graduate studies, he has i.a. worked for the German Federal Foreign Office and GIZ. He grew up both in Ireland and in Germany, and speaks English, German, French, as well as he possesses intermediate knowledge of Spanish and basic knowledge of Russian.
