Grants and Resilience Officer, Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime
Tyler is a civil society advocate serving as the Grants and Resilience Officer for the Mekong Network to Counter Transnational Crime (MNET-CTC), Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC), aiming to strengthen civil society engagement through grant-making, capacity building, and collaboration.
He is passionate about partnering with activists, journalists, youth groups, non-profits and grassroots initiatives in the fight against organized crime and corruption. He aims to build genuine partnerships that advance the needs and priorities of communities and organizational actors at the forefront of change. Prior to GI-TOC, Tyler worked with local and international NGOs and UN offices in Southeast Asia, where he helped regional non-profit organizations secure awards. He holds an MA in Southeast Asian studies from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
