Mr. Tomas Maule has been working as a security, humanitarian access and research/investigation professional in East Africa and Middle East for the past 10 years. For most of his career Mr. Maule specialized in managing field data collection and investigations. Most recently Mr. Maule directed field research in east Africa on non-statutory armed forces, human smuggling and trafficking networks and mapped transnational threats and organized crime networks on Somalia-Kenya and Somalia – Ethiopia – Djibouti borders.
