María Fernanda Ramírez has a degree in Government and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and MA in Peace and Security Studies from Hamburgo University. She has experience investigating armed conflict, illegal border economies and human rights. She has worked for InSight Crime since October 2016.
