Dr Liam O’Shea is a political and security analyst specializing in anti-corruption, security sector reform and the politics of institutional change, with expertise in Eurasia. He has led projects on organized crime, illicit economies and transnational threats in lower- and middle-income countries. He has worked at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the London School of Economics and the Royal United Services Institute, and advises governments, donors and research institutes as an independent consultant.
