Jim Crotty is a mid-career professional with over 15 years experience across the public and private sectors. He is a recognized subject matter expert in law enforcement, intelligence, and drug policy and has provided strategic advisory services to industry, government, and academic institutions. Jim is currently a senior Fellow at the Center for Advanced Defense Studies (C4ADS) and was a former Presidential Management Fellow.
