For more than 10 years, Daniel worked at the Central Drugs and Organized Crime Unit of the Spanish National Police as head of different investigation groups dealing with drug trafficking, mainly cocaine, and related organized crime activities. His job allowed him to work with law enforcement agencies from different countries, carrying out succesful operations against international organized crime groups. Currently, Daniel works in the European Union Advisory Mission to Ukraine, as part of the Organized Crime and Criminal Justice Component, as advisor in drug related issues.
