Anthony Dunkerley is an international law enforcement consultant and former UK Detective specialising in human trafficking, modern slavery, and transnational organised crime. With over 17 years of operational and advisory experience, he has worked across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Caribbean, supporting governments and criminal justice agencies to strengthen investigations, victim protection, and international cooperation.

He is a long-standing expert to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), where his work has supported the creation of national policies, strengthened specialist units, and advanced bilateral agreements and Joint Investigation Teams to address cross-border trafficking and smuggling.

A former Covert Human Intelligence Source Handler, Anthony has provided operational guidance on high-risk investigations, contributing to arrests, dismantling of trafficking networks, and improved investigative standards. He is also the host of the award-nominated Let’s Talk Modern Slavery podcast and a frequent speaker and guest lecturer, with recognition including Global Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Influencer and UK Top 100 Modern Slavery Influencer.
