The 2014 Conflict, Security and Development Conference ‘Organised Crime in Conflict Zones’ took place on March 6 2014 at the Great Hall of the Strand Campus, King’s College London (United Kingdom).

In this after event interview, Mark talks about the challenges of separating state institutions from organized crime, the role that civil society organizations must play, and the need to ensure that security sector institutions have legitimacy in a post-conflict environment.
