Mr. Noel Browne is a retired Irish Police Detective with over forty years of experience investigating transnational organised crime in Ireland, throughout Europe and the Americas. He has specific knowledge around transnational trafficking of illicit drugs from South America to Europe and associated criminality. Additionally, he has led  serious transnational investigations and successfully prosecuted offenders acting on an international scale. As a result, this has given Browne a unique insight into transnational criminality and the challenges faced by Law Enforcement tasked with addressing this criminality.
