Renato Rivera is a researcher, consultant and professor specializing in organized crime. He holds a PhD in Rule of Law and Global Governance from the University of Salamanca and has an outstanding track record in conducting research and projects focused on the prevention of organized crime in Latin America. As part of his professional work, he founded the Ecuadorian Observatory of Organized Crime, consolidating as a key reference in the analysis of organized crime and criminal policy in the country.
