Donna Hubbard is a survivor of human trafficking. In 1994, she founded Woman at the Well Transition Center – a registered non-profit ministry providing training, counseling, and direct services to formerly incarcerated women, and women rescued from human trafficking throughout the world. Today WATWTC offers programs that include Parenting from Prison, street intervention with trafficked girls and women, relapse prevention, reentry case management and employment readiness.
Donna co-authored the Leadership Development Training Institute for Formerly Incarcerated Persons in 2002. She works with Airline Ambassadors International as a Certified Human Trafficking Awareness Trainer and facilitated trainings in Hungary, Latvia, Kenya, Thailand, the Philippines, Colombia, Iceland, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Korea. She is employed as a Flight Attendant for a major commercial airline.
Donna is currently concentrating on earning her Doctorate in Women’s International Studies. In January 2023, she received the Sword and Shield Award by the nonprofit organization, Attorneys General Alliance. Bishop Donna Hubbard became the first woman Bishop of 113 churches worldwide.
