Felix is a professional police officer with over thirty (30) years experience in full-time criminal investigation in the Ghanian National Police. He has managed countless criminal investigation and preparation of case dockets for efficient prosecution of cases involving, Cybercrime, Intellectual Property and Money Laundering Offences.
Felix has several years in supervisory positions and combining work with teaching various aspects of Criminal Investigation with emphasis on strategic application of principles, tools and techniques at tactical and operational levels for greater efficiency. As a trained UNODC facilitator for organised crime, Felix is effective in facilitating local and international seminars and workshops on all types of fraud, the counterfeit trade, money laundering and other financial crimes and creating greater awareness about the negative impact of trans-national organised crime.
In 2010, Felix received the Meritorious Honour Award for Outstanding Leadership: State Department, United States of America following work in surveillance and intelligence coordination resulting in the arrest in Ghana and extradition of one of America`s most wanted fugitives.
