Multilateral Engagement Associate, Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime
Olivia Neuray is a Belgian-Canadian graduate in International Development from McGill University. She contributed to the EU-ACT II Programme in Madrid, where she supported the integration of human rights and gender standards into criminal justice and law enforcement approaches to organized crime. In her Honours thesis, she conducted a comparative analysis of sexual exploitation as a form of human trafficking in the United States and Thailand, examining international legal frameworks and assessing national responses. Having lived in Belgium, Canada, and Argentina, she is particularly interested in how varying legal and policy frameworks shape vulnerabilities and responses to organized crime and exploitation.
