International Anti-Corruption Expert
Khachik Harutyunyan is an international anti-corruption expert based in Armenia. His geographical experience covers Armenia, Afghanistan, Albania, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Russia. In the field of anti-corruption and good governance, he has authored/co-authored more than 50 research outputs including country-level policy documents such as the draft Anti-Corruption Strategy for Uzbekistan. He has experience working with international organizations like the World Bank, Council of Europe, OSCE and UNDP, as well as CSOs, private sector and academia.
Khachik is a lawyer by background and has graduated from the University of Zurich in 2011. He is fluent in English, Russian and Armenian (mother tongue).
