Kalohi Clark is the former Senior Policy Analyst for Transnational Organized Crime at the Office of National Drug Control Policy within the Executive Office of the President, The White House. In this position he was responsible for overseeing U.S. government implementation of the President’s Strategy to Combat Transnational Organized Crime and specialized in the threat posed by transnational organized crime and illicit drugs to national security.
