He has thirty years of varied professional experience dedicated to safety and security matters on land, at sea, and in cyberspace. He has extensive experience in high-level expert management with police officers as well as civilian colleagues, particularly in crisis situations.
As a police officer within the Gendarmerie nationale, in Francem he is able to act as a manager and project leader for public order, security, and judicial operations in both national and international environments.
His extensive experience as head of the national maritime criminal investigation service and as head of the investigation service of Brittany provides him with accurate knowledge of transnational serious organized crime, financial crime, and cybercrime, notably within the cybercommand (national Gendarmerie and currently the Home Affairs Ministry).
Therefore, he has shared his global thinking through a book entitled The Crime in Blue, a Thalassopolitic Essay and, more recently, Thalassopolitic of International Drug Smuggling: The Hidden Face of Globalisation?, as well as numerous collaborative books and articles dedicated to complex, transnational, and serious risk assessment, including financial and cyber threats.
