Nicole first joined the Global Initiative in 2018 as a Research Assistant working on the Organised Crime Index. She then joined the Communications team in November 2021 as a Social Media Officer, where she manages the organisation’s social media channels.

She has a bachelors degree in English Language and Literature, and an MA in Human Rights from University College London. Much of her experience is working in communications for charities in the UK, which led to a passion in digital communications and social media. As a Lebanese-Palestinian based in London, Nicole speaks English and Arabic, and is partially fluent in French.
