Jenny J. Constantine

Police Officer, Trinidad and Tobago Police Service

Jenny has 17 years’ of law enforcement experience with the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. She conducts independent research and training in the field of Transnational Organized Crime and Policing.

Her research interests are sousveillance, policing, counterfeit goods, human, drugs, wildlife and firearms trafficking in the Caribbean region. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from University of Hertfordshire, UK (2013), a MSc in Transnational Crime, Justice and Security (Merit) from the University of Glasgow, UK (2016) and is an alumni of the George C. Marshall European Centre for Security Studies, Germany. She is also a certified International Organization for Migration (IOM) Trainer for human trafficking.
