Jeremy Biddle is the Coordinator for the Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI) at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where he is responsible for providing strategic, operational and technical direction on USAID’s crime and violence prevention portfolio in the region. Prior to joining USAID in 2012, Jeremy worked with a variety of non-profits in the U.S. and abroad focusing on governance, criminal justice and rule of law issues in Latin America and the Caribbean. He holds a dual-degree M.P.A. in economic and political development from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and Sciences Po-Paris, as well as a B.A. in history from Columbia.
